PURPOSE: To prevent a finished food from being oily tasted after immersion of the food into oil and fat at a bottom surface of a receiving pan having the oil and fat accumulated thereat by a method wherein the bottom surface of the receiving pan on which the heated item is placed is formed into irregular shape.
CONSTITUTION: A bottom surface of a receiving pan is formed into an irregular shape. A heated item is heated by a heating means. Oil and fat are fed out of the heated item. Since the receiving pan 6 is formed into an irregular shape, the heated item is not immersed in oil and fat and thus the heated item is fried up without any sticky oil and fat. The heated item is placed on a burning net, the receiving pan 6 of aluminum plated steel on which the heated item is placed has a plurality of projections 7 at its bottom surface and the bottom surface shows an irregular shape.
