Abstract:
To provide a heating device preventing flow out of deliciousness and baking into moderate color.
The heating device comprises a heating chamber 2, a high frequency heating means 5 heating an object to be heated by microwave, a radiation heating means 6 heating the object to be heated by heat radiation, a heating coil functioning as an induction heating means 9 mounted to the inside of the bottom surface of the heating chamber, a putting part 8 facing the heating coil on which, the object to be heated is put, and a cooking plate 3 detachment freely fitted to the putting part 8. The heating device prevents the flow out of deliciousness and bakes the food into moderate color.
