To prevent the generation of fine particles.SOLUTION: A heating device 20 comprises: a rotating body 21 that is held rotatably; a heat source 23 that heats the rotating body 21; rotating body holding members 27 that hold both ends in a longitudinal direction of the rotating body 21; and a liquid or semi-solid material that is adhered to the rotating body holding members 27 and has lubricity.
