Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely cause the crack of a heater without trouble at a specified place and to safely stop the run away of the heater by the crack of the heater before firing and fuming by providing a heating supporting body with thermal deforming property.
SOLUTION: A heating body(heater) supporting body 3 or the heating body supporting surface part of the heating body supporting body 3 has the thermal deforming property. To put it more concretely, the supporting body 3 is thermally deformed before the fuming and the firing of the heating body 6 even when a safety element such as a temperature fuse 21 is not actuated as a thermoplastic material when the heating body runs away or a drastic time lag is found in the actuation. Thus, the position of the crack is appropriately specified without previously providing the heating body 6 with a weakened part so as to surely cause the crack of the heating body, and the run away of the heating body is safely stopped without the trouble. The heating body supporting surface part of the supporting body 3 is made of thermoplastic resin and a member which is not plasticized by heat, so that the crack is surely caused and reliability is more improved.
