Title:
HEATING DEVICE FOR VAPORIZER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH1113545
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a heating device for a vaporizer which is inexpensively manufactured and shows satisfactory heat and electric conduction.

An electrode plate 7 is arranged on a bottom surface of a recession 6 of a heat insulator 5, while an engagement piece 17 is arranged on an upper portion of the electrode plate 7. A conductive spring 8 and a PTC heater 1 are fixed by adhesive 18. An end of the spring 8 is engaged with the engagement piece 17. In such a heating device, the PTC heater 1 is energized upward by the conductive spring 8, and heat of the PTC heater 1 is directly conducted to a vaporizer. The side surface of the PTC heater is not in contact with any portion, without causing heat radiation. Temperature rise speed is thus further increased. The lower end of the conductive spring 8 is engaged with the engagement piece 17 on the electrode plate 7, resulting in easy attachment and detachment.
