Abstract:
To provide a combustion control method and device for properly preventing oxidization of a heated matter caused by explosion caused by excessive generation of unburned gas, and an excess oxygen component, in a furnace provided with a tubular flame burner forming the tubular flame in a tubular combustion chamber.
A flow rate of a combustion gas and/or oxygen-containing gas supplied to the tubular flame burner 2 is controlled to control a rate of the oxygen-containing gas to a specific value, on the basis of detection values of a thermometer 31 mounted in the furnace 1, an oxygen densitometer 32 and a carbon monoxide densitometer 33 mounted on a waste gas outlet 3.
