Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a heatseal roll by which seal-film having various thickness can be used and adjusting of the clearance between sealing members heat-sealing the film in the nipped condition can be accurately and simply carried out.
CONSTITUTION: Heatseal rolls 10, 10 provided with sealing members 10A, 10A to heatseal a film F in the nipped condition are provided with shaft-shaft standard franges 54, 55. And a heater 60 is equipped as an outerdiameter adjusting mechanism R at the flanges 54 to enable to enlarge the outerdia. thereof. And the clearance C between the sealing members 10A, 10A is widened by enlarging the out-diameter of the shaft-shaft standard flanges 54 by means of the heater 60 to obtain various thick seals of film.
