Abstract:
PURPOSE: To follow up the feeding speed of a table even when the rotating speed of a scanner is fluctuated.
CONSTITUTION: Difference (A-B) between an actual rotating speed A of a scanner 10 detected by a rotating speed detector 14 and set rotating speed B and set moving speed C are added while considering relation between B and C. On the condition of C=kB, the addition shows C+k(A-B). The move of a table 11 is controlled with. this added result as new set moving speed.
