PURPOSE: To set a boiling time to an optimum value for a suitable condition in accordance with a king of a herb of a volume of hot water, to set the temperature of hot water in a temperature holding condition so that a brewed hot water can be taken at every time, to facilitate the take-out or replacement of herbs, and to maintain the concentration of hot water to be brewed, at a substantially constant value.
CONSTITUTION: A timer for regulating a boiling time is connected to a main electric heater 3a for heating an inner container 2 in an electric heating pot 1 of a boiling and temperature holding type, and a filter 19 attached in its lower part with a stand 20 and charged therein with medial herb 18 is removably attached in the inner container.
