Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hermetically sealing lock handle apparatus for sliding doors, which is free from marring of an operating handle and a rear door by an operating error.
SOLUTION: According to the hermetically sealing lock handle apparatus for the sliding doors, when the operating handle 4 is pressed into a fixed case 3 and rotated, an acruate edge frame 4c of the operating handle 4 engages with a catch block 18, and therefore the rear door 23 is pulled to a front door 22, to thereby lock the sliding doors. In the hermetically sealing lock handle apparatus, a trigger lever 30 which protrudes from/recedes into a through hole 29 of a side wall portion 4h, is pivotally mounted on an inner side of one of the right and left side wall portions 4h of a main body of the operating handle 4 protruding toward a front side of the fixed case 3 when unlocked, by means of a shaft pin 31 disposed in a direction perpendicular to pivot 10 of the operating handle 4. Then, the trigger lever 30 is energized for protrusion by a spring 32 such that an edge surface 30a of the trigger lever 30 faces a front surface of the fixed case 3.
