Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide high frequency brazing method and it's apparatus which brazes simultaneously brazing portions arranged on the center portion and circumferential portion in the surface of cylindrical brazing base metal and preventing troubles more specifically that brazing material accidentally flows out of the brazing portions, or circumferential base metal portion is melted or deformed as a result of the circumferential base metal heated by induction, excessively heated, accomplishes to braze brazing material 50 in the center portion.
SOLUTION: Into near center insertion hole and a plurality of circumferential insertion holes on cylindrical brazing base metal, insertion members are inserted respectively. Brazing material is arranged around the insertion holes on the brazing base metal. The brazing base metal is disposed inside high frequency coil to heat circumferential portion by high frequency heating, thereby brazes the insertion members to the brazing base metal. The brazing material around the center insertion hole is selected from brazing materials having lower solid phase line temperature than the circumferential brazing material. In the vicinity of the time when the brazing material in the circumferential insertion holes is melted, the brazing material in the center insertion bole also melts, which avoids the brazed base metal from heated excessively, thereby preventing defects such as melting out.
