Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively and fully reduce the conductor loss by constituting sub-conductors so that the width of the sub-conductor situated closer to the outside of the sub-conductor is smaller, and setting the width of the sub- conductor situated on the outermost position of the sub-conductors to be smaller than a specified value times the skin depth in using frequency.
SOLUTION: A sub-conductor 23 is formed so as to be adjacent to a main conductor 20 via a sub-dielectric body 33, and a sub-dielectric body 32, a sub- conductor 22, a sub-dielectric body 31, and a sub-conductor 21 are successively formed toward the outside in this order. The sub-conductors 21, 22, 23 and the sub-dielectric bodies 31, 32, 33 are constituted, so that the width becomes smaller the larger the distance is from the main conductor 20, the width of each sub-conductor 21, 22, 23 is set to π/2 times or less the skin depth δ of the frequency, used and the width of each sub-dielectric body 31, 32, 33 is set so that the current carried to each sub-conductor 21, 22, 23 is substantially in the same phase. According to this, the concentrating of electric fields in the end part can be dispersed to minimize conductor loss at high frequency.
