In a high frequency switching module wherein a switching element, a capacitor, an inductor and at least one or more SAW filters are integrally formed on a dielectric substrate, at least one of the SAW filters is an unbalanced/balanced output type SAW filter, and at least one of two transmission lines connected, respectively between two balanced output side terminals of the unbalanced/balanced output type SAW filter and two output terminals of a reception circuit formed on a surface of the dielectric substrate, and a ground electrode formed inside the dielectric substrate are arranged so as not to overlap with each other when the dielectric substrate is viewed in the direction of lamination.
