To provide a high heat-resistant self fusing coating suitable for producing various coils such as a carriage coil in which heat resistance and high performance are required, and a high heat-resistant self fusing insulated wire.
An insulated conductor is formed by providing an insulated film (2) which is made by coating an insulating coating on a conductor (1) and baking it. A high heat resistant self fusing coating is prepared by dissolving an amorphous semi-aromatic polyamide resin having an aromatic ring of 100 pts.wt., to which a hindered phenol antioxidant of 1.0-5.0 pts.wt. as an additive is added, into an organic solvent. The high heat-resistant self fusing coating is applied to a peripheral of the insulated conductor and baked to provide a high heat-resistant self fusing film (3) and to make a high heat-resistant self fusing insulated wire (5), thereby.
