Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-strength concrete which secures good constructability, flowability and ease of kneading/mixing and furthermore enables a concrete member having a compression strength of nearly 300 N/mmto be constructed, and to provide a production method of a concrete member.SOLUTION: There is provided the high-strength concrete that contains a concrete mixed body and steel fiber. The concrete mixed body is obtained by mixing; low heat cement added to cement in an amount in the range of 240 to 290 L per 1 mof the concrete mixed body; fly ash added to the cement in an amount in the range of 25 to 80 L per 1 mof the concrete mixed body; silica stone powder added to the cement in an amount in the range of 40 to 90 L per 1 mof the concrete mixed body; silica fume added to the cement in an amount in the range of 70 to 100 L per 1 mof the concrete mixed body; fine aggregate added to the cement in an amount in the range of 180 to 290 L per 1 mof the concrete mixed body, coarse aggregate added to the cement in an amount in the range of 90 to 120 L per 1 mof the concrete mixed body; and water added to the cement in such a way that weight ratio of the water to a binding material containing the low heat cement and the fly ash or containing the silica stone powder and the silica fume is 11 to 13%. The steel fiber is added to the concrete mixed body in such a way that the volume ratio of the steel fiber to the concrete mixed body is 0.5 to 2% in terms of the volume of the steel fiber to the total volume of the steel fiber and of the concrete mixed body, a volume ratio of the silica stone powder to the total volume of the fly ash and the silica stone powder being 0.35 to 0.75.SELECTED DRAWING: None
