Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot spring water without executing a heat treatment, a chemical treatment (addition of a hypochlorous acid or hydrogen peroxide solution, an electric field treatment to generate hypochlorous acid, or addition of silver ions or copper ions, or the like), an electromagnetic wave treatment (ultraviolet rays, gamma rays, or the like), or the like.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a pasteurized hot spring water obtained by pumping up hot spring water using a non-wetted pump, at a source temperature of 63°C or more within the past 24 hours, in a hot spring water source of 10 M or less underground, where the temperature is controlled by a temperature sensor, and filling it up to a sterilized sealed pack without bringing into contact with the open air, in which collected K ionic concentration is 20 mg/L or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
