PURPOSE: To prevent a failure in sucking a packing bag from occurring by attaching suction cups for making time difference in press-fitting to respective rocking ends of a lever on both sides of a passage wherein each end is slidably passed through a vertically driving arm with an end of a wound spring in elastic contact with the driving arm and with the other end fixed to make both cups correspond to unevenness on a sucked face of the bag.

CONSTITUTION: Lower ends of rods 12, 12 coupled to respective levers 11, 11 with a pair of right and left suction cups 21, 21 attached in a passage frame 2 are slidably passed through a vertically driving arm 16 without coupling, an end of a spring 19 wound on each rod 12, 12 with one end fixed is brought into elastic contact with the vertically driving arm 16, and the other end is fixed to the rods 12, 12. Then the suction cups 21, 21 are attached to the respective rocking ends of the lever which is rocked by the rods 12, 12. Thus since unevenness on a sucked face of a packing bag (a) is made to correspond to the discs 21, 21, the bag (a) can securely be sucked.
