To provide a tire reinforcing material manufacturing machine having a distribution device 2 for moving a reinforcing material forwardly in its longitudinal direction at a predetermined linear speed, a cutting device 4 and a press means 5 receiving the reinforcing material on the downstream side of a cutting position to advance the same to the reinforcing material attaching point on a support.

The cutting device 4 is constituted of a tubular guide member 40 for guiding the introduced reinforcing material in a slidable manner and prescribing the cutting position of the reinforcing material by its downstream terminal 41 and a cutter 42 rotated centering around the shaft rotationally driven by the satellite gear 44 meshed with a fixed gear 46. The satellite gear is driven by a satellite gear support stand 47 to be rotated on the fixed gear and the cutting device 4 draws the track wherein the cutter 42 crosses the reinforcing material at the cutting position.
