PURPOSE: To provide load driving capability with respect to a load independently of wiring load capacity and to reduce power consumption by providing a DC potential saturating a transistor(TR) with its undershoot to an input electrode of an active pull-down TR and restoring the potential of the input electrode to the steady-state.
CONSTITUTION: A DC potential saturating an active pull-down TR 24 with undershoot caused when an output signal of an output electrode of other TR of a semiconductor conductor changes from H into L level and restoring the potential of the input electrode 27 to the steady-state is supplied to the input electrode 27 of the TR 24. Thus, even when the wiring load capacity is large, the switching of L level into H level is quickened and a through-current caused when the wiring load capacity is small is decreased by an ECL circuit. Thus, high speed, low power consumption and high circuit integration of the integrated circuit are attained simultaneously.
