Abstract:
To provide an age hardening type copper alloy sheet material which has high strength and high electric conductivity.
A cold rolling stock made of an age hardenable copper alloy is subjected to severe strain working using an ARB (Accumulative Roll-Bonding) process, and is thereafter subjected to aging heat treatment and cold rolling, so as to have the average crystal grain size of 200 nm.
