Abstract:

To achieve a hot dip galvannealed steel sheet which exhibits high strength and high ductility and is excellent in chemical conversion properties.

A base steel sheet constituting a hot dip galvannealed steel sheet satisfies 0.4-2.0% (% means mass% and the same shall apply hereinafter in terms of a chemical component) of Si and 1.0-3.5% of Mn, and an average Mn concentration from the outermost surface of a plating layer to a depth of 0.01 μm is at least 0.14%.
