Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a heat-resisting high-temperature sensor which has a stable resistance-temperature characteristic at high temperature.
CONSTITUTION: A high-temperature sensor is equipped with a ceramic plate 21, a thermistor layer 1 provided onto its surface, and an electrode 3 connected to the thermistor layer 1, wherein the thermistor layer 1 contains ZnCr2O4. It is preferable that the thermistor layer 1 contains resistance controlling agent formed of ZnO and/or Cr2O3 and sintering auxiliaries composed of one or more elements selected from SiO2, CaO, MgO, CaCO3, kaolin, and talc.
