The hinge functions to extensibly connect the panels together by wrap-connecting two or more band plates which are each made of a thin metal and have flexibility, to poles fixed to connection ends of the panels, respectively, in a manner intersecting each other at upper and lower locations, securing the band plates into recesses formed in panel-fixing side end faces of the poles in a manner fastening the poles, respectively, and fixing the poles to the panel connection ends, respectively, to thereby extensibly connect the panels together.
