Abstract:
To provide a holder capable of stably holding a disc component.
An arcuate arm 16b has a opening 16c slightly larger than the diameter of a wafer 30, the wafer 30 supplied through the opening 16c is positioned along the inner side surface of an arm 16 and held, and the peripheral edge of the wafer 30 is pressed by a lever 16d rotatably attached to the arm 16b, thus preventing it from falling.
