PURPOSE: To enhance workability and sticking accuracy, by mounting a tape pressing pat and a tape cutter at the upper part of the opening part of a holder body, mounting a tape guide part at the lower part of the opening part, sticking the tape with the tape being dispensed, and cutting the tape by using one hand.

CONSTITUTION: The slit shaped opening 12, from which the tacky wound tape 4 is withdrawn, is provided in a part of a peripheral side part 10 of the holder body 8. At the upper part thereof, a protruded part 14, whose lower surface of the tip is the elastic compressing part 16, and the tape cutter 18 are arranged. In order to perform the sticking, the holer 2 is held by one hand so as to compress the tape compressing part 16 to a material to be stuck 24. Then, the tip of the tacky wound tape is stuck, and the holder 2 is pulled toward the user with the holder being compressed. Then the tape is withdrawn while it is being stuck. When the end of the sticking part is reached, the hoder is raised, and the tape 4 is cut by contacting the tape cutter 18 to the tape 4. A spherical projection 26 is provided to avoid the damage on the material to be stuck. The tape guide part 28 which is energized by a coil spring 30 is provided for guiding the tape 4 to the pressing part 16.
