Abstract:
PURPOSE: To strengthen the fixation of plate-like roof members by holding the plate-like roof members equipped with hooking projections on the rear side of the ridge end edge to a roof decking with a holding device formed of metal cross battens and holding metal fixtures.
CONSTITUTION: Cross battens are laid on a roof decking 3 of roof boards, etc., at gauge intervals of plate-like roof members 2, and fixed sections 44 of the cross battens 4 are fixed with nails, screws, etc. Then, a hooking projection 21 on the rear side of each of the plate-like roof members 2 is provided to a ridge side of a hooking section 41 of each of the cross battens 4 to hook, and the surface of the ridge end of each of the plate-like roof members 2 is pushed by a pushing section 51 of each of holding metal fixtures 5. A splice section 52 of each of the holding metal fixtures 5 is accompanied with the ridge end edge of each of the plate-like roof members 2 and a contact section 43 of each of the cross battens 4, at the same time, an overlapping section 53 is overlapped with a fixed section 44 of each of the cross battens 4, and nails, etc., are driven to the fixed section 44 and roof decking 3 to fix. Accordingly, the roof members can be firmly fixed to the roof decking to hold.
