Abstract:

PURPOSE: To transfer a wave-shaped winding to an inserting means, which inserts the winding into the slot of an iron core securely with the aligning property of the waveform maintained, and to make it possible to improve productivity.

CONSTITUTION: A plurality of guide members 72 are mounted on inner struts 44, which are provided on a rotary table 42. A setting member 74 fixes a plurality of the guiding members 72 as a unitary body so that the winding maintains the wound state in a waveform. A plurality of clamping means 76 push and hold the winding, which is wound around the guide member 72, to the guide member 72. The guide member 72 has the approximately semicylindrical shape. An opening part 78 for containing the inner struts 44 is formed at the flat surface side of the member. An enameled wire is wound on a circular curbed surface 80.
