Abstract:

To provide a sheet take-up device with a small number of parts and a simple structure capable of reducing a volume of wastes and improving productivity.

A clamp 22 divided into four is arranged radially outside a rotary shaft 14, to which a first axial side inclination face 18A and a second axial side inclination face 20A are formed. A first taper block 24 contacting the first axial side inclination face 18A, and a second taper block 26 contacting the second axial side inclination face 20A are attached to a clamp plate 22A constituting the clamp plate 22. A first spring 30 and a second spring 34 are attached to the clamp 22, and are energized radially inward. A tubular fall prevention cover 37 is arranged radially outside the clamp 22. A sheet 48 is taken up around an outer periphery of a fall prevention cover 37. After the sheet 48 is taken up to a desired diameter, a disc 36 is rotated and moved opposite to a frame, and detached from the rotary shaft 14. The energized first taper block 24 descends while sliding on the first axial side inclination face 18A of the rotary shaft 14, and the second taper block 26 descends while sliding on the second axial side inclination face 20A of the rotary shaft 14. Each clamp plate 22A is moved radially inward of the rotary shaft 14, to make the diameter of the clamp 22 small. A gap is generated between an inner periphery of the roll-shaped sheet 48 and the fall prevention cover 37, so as to easily pull the roll-shaped sheet 48.
