CONSTITUTION: Driving rollers 11, 12 rotated and driven in the same direction and arranged adjacently are brought into contact with a work W at P, Q points, the remaining press roller 13 is brought into contact at R point and the work W is held and rotated. The press roller 13 is made rockable with F as the fulcrum and energized so as to press the work W to between the rollers 11, 12. The work W is then ground by a grinding grindstone while its rotating. At this time it is stably positioned by the press force of the roller 13 and the rotation forces of the rollers 11, 12 at three points support parts P, Q, R even in the case that the diameter of the cut part S is larger than those of the three points support parts P, Q, R of the work W and the grinding at the S point can be performed smoothly.
