PURPOSE: To facilitate the manufacture of a holding mount and also loading of a microfilm by bending a transparent sheet into a U-form, clamping it with a metal piece having a notch for searching code, and providing a notch window at the place which corresponds to the searching code notch of the U-form sheet.
