Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hollow cross section measuring device which can calculate the deformation amount of a tunnel cross section in real time and in a short time.
SOLUTION: This hollow cross section measuring device is provided with an optical fiber distortion sensor 1, one optical fiber 2 provided in a tunnel, and rods for fixing rock bed 3 (3A to 3E). The optical fiber 2 consists of a part connected with the optical fiber distortion sensor 1, a part affixed to the tunnel wall in the peripheral direction, and a part to be inserted inside the rod for fixing rock bed 3. The rod for fixing rock bed 3 is provided in the vertical direction of the tunnel wall, one end 6 of the rod for fixing rock bed is fixed on a tunnel wall surface 4, and the other end 7 thereof is fixed on a rock bed 8. A flat plate or a round bar 9 and the optical fiber are attached inside the rod for fixing rock bed 3 so as to follow the deformation of the rod for fixing rock bed 3, and a deformation amount of the tunnel wall in the peripheral direction and vertical direction is measured by one optical fiber to monitor a deformation amount of the tunnel at all times.
