Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lining method of a tunnel and a concrete-placing device used therefor through which injection on ready mixed-concrete is not suspended on the way to sufficiently inject it and any gap does not arise between the ready mixed- concrete and the inside face of the tunnel.
SOLUTION: An outflow part 5 whose sectional area in the vertical direction to the axial direction of a tunnel is smaller than the sectional area of the space 2 is formed in a side board 4 so as to communicate with the space 2. A cover 6 to open/ close the outflow part 5 is provided at the outflow part 5. Ready mixed-concrete is injected into the space 2 to make the ready mixed-concrete overflow from the flowout part 5 and press the ready mixed-concrete placed in the gable side of the space 2 through ready mixed-concrete flowing out from the outflow part 5. Further, the ready mixed-concrete is pressed by pushing back the ready mixed concrete in the space 2 by the cover 6 after ready mixed-concrete has been charged in the space 2. The side board 4 is provided at the gable side of the space 2 and the outflow part 5 is formed on the side board 4 and further, the cover 6 is provided to open or close the outflow part 5 by rotating it by a drive body 7 and push back the ready mixed- concrete in the space 2 when it is closed.
