Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stop a descending car without increasing the descending speed or rocking back, even in the event of a power outage during either high-speed operation or decelerated operation.
SOLUTION: A control device includes a hydraulic pump 12 variably driven by an electric motor 13, a hydraulic cylinder 11, and a first solenoid control valve 14, with a second solenoid control valve 15 connected in parallel with the first solenoid control valve 14; a flow rate change characteristic while the second solenoid control valve 15 is turned off is made to approximate a change in flow rate in the decelerated operating range during the fall of the hydraulic cylinder 11, and a flow rate change characteristic while the first solenoid control valve 14 is turned off is set so that the flow rate becomes zero faster than at the second solenoid control valve 5; when the hydraulic cylinder 11 descends, the voltages of the first and second solenoid control valves are turned on in the high-speed operating range, and the voltage of the second solenoid control valve is turned off when the decelerated operating range is started.
