To control a rate of reduction of a bulk of reserved objects in each part over an entire region of a supply port by providing, in a hollow part of a funnel, vertically connected separators for partitioning respective levels horizontally in all height positions.
A hopper 14 exhibits a funnel shape linearly tapered from a supply port 15 with a large opening area toward an exhaust port 7 of a similar shape to the supply port 15. Vertically coupled separators 3 of a uniform height are attached in a hollow part of the hopper 14 for sectioning horizontal cross sections at respective levels in all height positions by approximately congruent square shapes. The separators 3 form sections 4 in square which are small hoppers whose opening area is extremely small and whose volumes are equal to one another in the hollow part. Thus average amounts of reserved objects can be discharged over an entire region of the supply port 15.
