PURPOSE: To provide a horizontal fully automatic centrifugal fluid barrel working device which exhibits excellent workability without deteriorating a working environment.

CONSTITUTION: A rotation driving source 30 rotates a pair of disc parts (3 or the like) with a revolution shaft 2, so that a barrel clamping mechanism 5 freely rotationally held by each of the pair of disk parts 3 or the like revolves while clamping a barrel. The barrel clamping mechanism 5 carries out clamping and releasing of the barrel. A barrel conveying conveyor (a part of a barrel handling mechanism) 104 conveys the barrel in the horizontal direction, which is perpendicular to the revolution shaft 2, below the revolution shaft 2, and a barrel clamping part (the rest of the barrel handling mechanism) 103 mounts the released barrel 7 onto the barrel conveying conveyor 104, and then, clamps an unworked barrel 7 on the barrel conveying conveyor 103 so as to set the unworked barrel 7 in the barrel clamping position in the barrel clamping mechanism 5.
