PURPOSE: To improve the stability of the rail and to reduce the maintenance work by preventing the subsidence of the railbed, a short coming of the horizontal sleeper type rail and reinforcing the railbed resistance affecting the buckling of the rail or the like.

CONSTITUTION: A rail bridge comprising a rail 1 and a sleeper 2 combined with a normal rail tying device is elastically fixed to a compound steel rail support body 4 through an elastic layer 3 composed of a rubber or the like. Herein, for example, a T-shaped clamp bolt 5 piecing the sleeper 2 is fastened to a hook lock section 6 previously provided on the rail bridge support body. On the rail bridge support body, coated layers 4a and 4b made of synthetic material such as polypropylene are worked on the top and bottom thereof with a rim plate 7 formed in a shape of a square pan. With such an arrangement, the vibration load from the train is transmitted to a sleeper 2 through the rail and then, applied to the support body 4 through the elastic layer 3. Thus, the load can be relaxed effectively.
