This system inputs guide and medical information etc., on the hospital from an input part 11 of an information input device 1, writes the information temporarily in a memory part 12, displays the information on a display part 13 for confirmation, and sends it out to an information storage device 2 by a control part 14 through a private communication network 4 and stores the information. The information retrieval device 4 displays an operation guidance on a display part 16 with the signal from a storage part 15 and when a retrieval instruction is inputted by touch operation on the screen at an input part 17, a control part 21 decides the retrieval item and sends a retrieval instruction out to the information storage device 2 through the private communication network 4. Information retrieved by the information storage device is sent out to the information retrieval device 3A and written in a memory part 18 through a control part 21, and the information is read out and displayed at the display part 16. In response to touch operation for 'print' display, data are read out of the memory part 18, inputted to a print part 19, and printed on paper. A sound generation and output part 20 outputs the operation guidance etc., in voice.
