To provide a hospital introduction system allowing accurate determination on necessity/unnecessity of treatment as an outpatient based on a criterion in actual medical activities, for a user who has made physical measurements using health management equipment.

A health management database 4 stores a plurality of hospital criterion value tables 43 defined with decision criteria of various kinds of physical measurement values provided by a plurality of hospitals, and registered with identification information of the provision source hospitals. When a health management server 6 receives a message including the various kinds of physical measurement values from the health management equipment 1 of the user, the health management server 6 reads all the hospital criterion value tables 43 from the health management database 4, and applies each physical measurement value included in the message to the decision criterion defined in the table 43 in each hospital criterion value table 43 to decide a risk degree thereof. Electronic information wherein a hospital name of each hospital is inscribed together with a degree and the kind of the risk degree decided on the basis of the hospital criterion value table 43 provided by the hospital is transmitted to the message transmission source user.
