PURPOSE: To obtain a laminated molding having uniform thickness and high flatness where air etc. between laminating stocks is favorably discharged by making the pressure of each hotplate for a laminate larger toward its central portion by a method where the volume of a hollow bag member is made larger.

CONSTITUTION: At the lifted position of a movable plate 16, air is fed under pressure into bags 22, 22, and each central portion of an upper hotplate 26 and lower hotplate 28 are protruded toward a movable hotplate 40, therefore the surface pressure for each laminates 42, 42 is preset at the condition of becoming larger toward its central portion. On the other hand, before or after, the heating operation of each hotplate is started, and with the progress of gelation of resin layer in the laminates 42, 42, pressing force of a cylinder 28 is gradually increased and at the same time, air in each bag 22, 22 is gradually discharged. Then finally air in the bags 22, 22 is all discharged, and at the condition that the upper hotplate 26 and lower hotplate 28 are together returned to flat plate forms, compression is executed.
