Abstract:
To provide a hot-rolling method and a hot-rolling line by which crystal grains are further microfabricated.
In a hot-rolling method, when repeatedly performing bending work in the longitudinal direction of a metallic plate after completing finish rolling with a leveler, a rugged roll the contour of which is made into a rugged shape in the axial direction of the roll is used for the work rolls of the leveler and bending work is also performed in the width direction of the metallic plate after completing the finish rolling. In the hot-rolling line, the rugged roll the contour of which is made into the rugged shape in the axial direction of the roll is incorporated in the work rolls of the leveler.
