PURPOSE: To improve a sole operation of a low or high temperature radiator or flow rate at the time of simultaneously operating both loads and temperature control by providing a heating medium supply valve at a by-pass passage starting at a first forward tube and connected at its end to an upstream side of a circulation pump of a first return tube.
CONSTITUTION: A first forward tube 34 connects a forward tube 7b in a hot-water machine 1 to a high temperature load 32, a first return tube 36 connects a return tube 7a to the load 32, and a hot-water tank 37 and a circulation pump 39 are sequentially provided at an upstream side. A by-pass tube 40 connects a point D of an upstream side of a tube 35 of the tube 34 to a point E of an upstream side of the pump 39 at an upstream side of the tank 37 of the tube 36. A heating medium supply valve 41 is provided on the way of a route to the passage 40. A by-pass roundabout circuit 42 is so provided as to round about the valve 41 at the passage 40, and an orifice 43 is provided on the way of the route to reduce a flow rate in the circuit 42.
