PURPOSE: To permit the effective utilization of hot-water by a method wherein hot-water, having a temperature out of a proper temperature range and to be discharged substantially, is permitted to be discharged preferentially out of the hot-water discharging port for a shower device or the like in accordance with necessity, in a hot-water supplier, in which hot-water having a proper temperature is discharged out of the hot-water discharging port by discharging hot-water, having a temperature out of the range of the proper temperature, previously before starting the discharge of hot-water.
CONSTITUTION: A preliminary water outputting means 44, provided with a water discharging cancel switch 34, operated for canceling a hot-water discharge preparation mode, and closing a water discharging valve simultaneously with the opening of a specified hot-water discharging valve 28a preferentially to the control of the opening and closing of hot-water discharging valves 28a-28c and a water discharging valve 24 by a hot-water discharge preparing means 42 in accordance with the operation of the water discharging cancel switch 34, is provided in the title device.
