Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent noises from generating even when a post-purge blast and ignition blast are frequently repeated by providing a controller which commands in such a manner that only a post-purge blast due to the combustion stop during a forced combustion operation may be performed at a traveling revolution speed equal to ignition blast.
CONSTITUTION: A controller 30 transmits a combustion stop command for a burner 17 when the temperature of outgoing hot water, which is operated by a fixed combustion calorific value, flow rate and the temperature of incoming water during a forced combustion operation, becomes a specified temperature (80°C) or higher. In addition, when a flow rate sensor 12 at this time indicates a minimum operation water quantity or higher, a post-purge blast is performed at a low revolution speed equal to the ignition blast revolution speed. Also, the controller 30 commands a blast fan 18 to run at the ignition revolution speed when the temperature of the outgoing hot water, which is operated by the combustion calorific value, flow rate and the temperature of the incoming water, becomes the specified temperature or lower, even during a post-purge blast during the forced combustion operation and continuously even after the stop of the blast, and resumes a combustion under the ignition blast.
