PURPOSE: To aim at melting a freeze on a blade and/or a glass surface in the shortest possible time, by spouting a heated windshield washer solution from washer holes made in a rubber cover lapping the wiper blade.

CONSTITUTION: A rubber cover 3 lapping a wiper blade 2A from outside is installed by the way of forming a space 4 between itself and the blade 2A while the proper number of plural washer holes 3A are made in this rubber cover 3 at specified intervals along the longitudinal direction of a rubber element 2B. Two pipes 5 and 6 are connected to the inside of the said space 4, of which the pipe 5 is coupled with a washer solution tank 7 via a connecting pipe 5C. This tank 7 is coupled with a heating element 10 attached to an exhaust pipe 9 via a pipe 8 provided with a pump 8A while the heating element 10 is coupled with the pipe 6 via a pipe 11 and a connecting pipe 6C.
