To provide a household trash handing cart which can load a heavy, long or large number of trash bags and has the function and a structure of carrying them to the dumping place, while protecting their drop on the purpose of stopping carrying a household trash bag or separated trash by hand to the designated dumping place and reducing a load on the elderly people.

This cart is constructed, by fitting a net 3 and a guard frames 4, 4'to the vertical body frame 1 and support rods 6, 6' holding a pedestal 2 to catching devices 5, 5'which is inserted into guard frames 4, 4', stopping devices 9, 9' which catch catching devices 5, 5' under the guard frames 4, 4', wheels 12, 12' and the pedestal 2 under the body frame 1, the support rods 6, 6' to the pedestal 2. Also this system has the characteristic that the body frames 1 are hooked to the pedestal 2 by springs 18, 18' and a loading of baggages and folding of the cart are carried out in one motion by linking above each structure and the cart can be stored in a compact size.
