PURPOSE: To provide the housing device for a kitchen, which can house a dewatering shelf in a position in which it does not stand out and does not stand in the way of cleaning without curtailing a containing space for other kitchen utensils.

CONSTITUTION: On the left side of a window W, a hanging cupboard 2 provided with a detaining hole on the right side face is installed, and on the right side of the window W, a hanging cupboard 3 in which a supporting member is fixed to the lower face is installed, and in the supporting member, a dewatering shelf 4 is supported so as to be movable between a housing position which becomes an adjacent state to the lower face of the hanging cupboard 3 of the right side, and a use position whick becomes an extended state between the supporting member and the detaining hole of the hanging cupboard 2 of the left side.
