Abstract:
To provide a method for enriching extracellular vesicles and/or cell-free DNA with high efficiency and low cost.SOLUTION: Provided is a method for enriching extracellular vesicles and/or cell-free DNA contained in a liquid sample. The method comprises the steps of: (i) preparing the liquid sample containing the extracellular vesicles and/or cell-free DNA; (ii) adding protamine sulfate or spermidine to the sample to obtain an aggregate of the extracellular vesicles and/or cell-free DNA with protamine sulfate or spermidine; and (iii) collecting the agglomerate.SELECTED DRAWING: None
