Abstract:
To provide a simulator providing server and method configured to allow a person in charge of a constructor who is not familiar with an agreement between a housing facility manufacturer and the constructor to easily and inexpensively construct and use a simulation tool.SOLUTION: In a simulation system, a simulator providing server 20 executes, for each constructor, simulation of constituent items including styles or colors of housing facilities, on a dedicated simulator, the simulator providing server including a database for holding information related to the dedicated simulator and a processor that generates the dedicated simulator. The processor executes: processing to generate access destination information of the dedicated simulator; processing to transmit the access destination information to a first computer; processing to generate the dedicated simulator; processing to register the dedicated simulator on the database in association with the access destination information; and processing to notify a housing facility manufacturer's computer of the completion of registration of the dedicated simulator.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
