Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joined body of an aluminum member which can suppress an increase in connection resistance with time caused by oxidation of a joined part, and achieves high joining strength between aluminum members and low connection resistance.SOLUTION: In a joined body 10 of aluminum members, a first aluminum member 11 and a second aluminum member 12, of which a major component is aluminum, are joined through a joint material 15 containing a plurality of metal particles 13, of which a major component is zinc, and resin 14, and are electrically connected through the metal particles 13. An alloy layer 16 (16a, 16b) containing zinc and aluminum is formed on joined parts J1, J2 of the first and second aluminum members 11, 12 and the metal particles 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
