Abstract:
To provide a method for manufacturing a water spray plate achieving a desired water discharge mode.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a water spray plate comprises the steps of: preparing a pair of metal molds in which a cavity for charging resin and a gate as an inflow port to the cavity are formed, in which the cavity has a first space having a shape corresponding to a body part and a second space connected to the first space and having a shape corresponding to a cylindrical part, and the gate has a third space extending in a direction intersecting with an attaching/detaching direction of the metal mold so as to connect an inner peripheral part of the first space of the cavity at a prescribed position; charging resin into the first space and the second space of the cavity from the third space of the gate; separating the pair of metal molds in the attaching/detaching direction; and eliminating the resin charged into the third space and leaving the resin charged into the first space and the second space as the water spray plate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure14I
